2. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
3. Secure Payments
All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor over a 256-bit SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Your card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
4. When You Are Charged
Your card is authorized and charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email as your receipt.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. The exact amount is shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Pricing
Prices are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Shipping is free on all US orders, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is correctly priced higher than listed at the time of your order, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
7. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, one code per order, codes cannot be combined, and codes are not redeemable for cash.
8. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify that your card details and billing address match your card issuer records, or try another card. Contact your bank if the issue persists. Orders are not processed until payment is successfully authorized.
9. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for verification. We may contact you to confirm details before shipping, and we reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent, with a full refund issued.
